Lisa has been with Team Kalo for the past year and a half, she started as the Catering Sales Manager responsible for building and growing catering sales while increasing brand awareness for over 20 Jersey Mike’s Subs locations in Tallahassee, the Florida Panhandle, Birmingham, and Dothan Alabama. Lisa was promoted to the Director of Catering where she ultimately oversees everything catering for all Kalo Jersey Mike’s locations and the new Slim Chickens brand, she’s responsible for growing and managing the catering team of Ambassadors, Catering Sales Associates, and Brand Marketer. Lisa is extremely proud to be working with such great owners, leaders, and brands! The Kalo vision and mission statement resonate with her, she has been in the Hospitality Management field for the past 20 years and is extremely dedicated and passionate about top-notch customer service, going above and beyond for everyone while making sure each guest receives white-glove service. She previously worked at Zoes Kitchen as the Catering Executive and grew her 8-store territory to over $1.7 M in Catering Sales. In her off time, she enjoys spending time with her family, daughters, and 2 pups usually doing something fun outdoors at the beach, boating, or on vacation.
